Trunks looked up from his homework, a bit startled at the sudden noise but quickly found himself amused instead. “Someone’s in a good mood,” he noticed with a light chuckle.

B - A pairing you initially didn’t consider but someone changed your mind

I’ve been thinking about this for like half an hour now and I honestly have absolutely no answer. Like, generally when it comes to DBZ I just accept things as they are and am more bothered by characters/characters’ developments than pairings. And the pairings that I didn’t like/didn’t consider at first, I still don’t like/consider like: Goku/Vegeta. Also a pairing that I find disturbing/weird but definitely funny as hell: Trunks/Mai. Maybe DBS will introduce us to more pairing options and then I will have a better answer to this :D

T - Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending, about anything at all (gender identity, sexual or romantic orientation, extended family, sexual preferences like top/bottom/switch, relationship with poetry, seriously anything)

So many, where do I start? I’ll try focusing on Trunks, but also generally DBZ so here you go:

-Trunks is a huge nerd at heart but often pretends like he isn’t so he would look cool in front of his dad (so he just calls Gohan a nerd all the time instead)

-Goten and Trunks are (not that anyone would argue with this but whatever) inseperable. Personally, I don’t care if they end up together/married or just remain eternally best friends, but they are definitely going to spend their entire life together and just go through everything together

-The CC family will take over the world and space and more!, which isn’t a headcanon, like the above it’s just a fact, still worth mentioning though

-Trunks never forgets Tapion and tries to be for Bra what Tapion has been to him

-Trunks going to space because he finds that very fascinating (definitely nothing like in GT though)

-Both Bra and Trunks being super strong fighters because, let’s face it, they’re basically perfection. With the brains of Bulma and the fighting skills of Vegeta (and his royalty), they’re super precious and maybe cruel aliens want them because of it??

-Piccolo raising everyone’s children because he’s good at it

-Goten and Trunks going to school together; Trunks knows the answer to everything and both of them just always overdoing it in PE

-Trunks and Vegeta having to take care of Bra on their own when Bulma is busy with work and they have absolutely no idea how/manage to always mess it up/can’t get Bra under control

-Teenage Trunks getting nightmares about the things Future Trunks has experienced and waking up terrified because he has no idea about Future Trunks’ existence

-Trunks being totally blind to anyone flirting with him, never getting any hint no matter how obvious

Okay, so, there are definitely a lot more where those came from, but I think that may or may not be enough for the time being :D

Trunks was walking home from Goten’s, meaning he was in the middle of nowhere, with nothing but strange animals around. Naturally then, hearing a person’s voice made him look around in confusion. “Huh?” He managed to blurt out, not able to understand what was going on.
