            for such a small person, jan held quite a lot of anger inside of herself. but that anger also did a number on her head, especially when she always found herself holding all of her emotions inside so as to not burden others with them. the anger, of which, usually found itself manifesting in the form of jan either screaming into a pillow until she cried or punching something she really shouldn’t punch and hurting herself.

              this time around, it seemed to be the latter, as she could be found punching a wall until her knuckles bled.

                     she didn’t even register bucky stopping her or pressing his forehead to hers until she couldn’t move her arms-- and moments later, the stinging of her hands turned into throbbing pain, sending tears trickling down her face.

                    “---------bad day,” were the only words she could muster without sending herself into even more crying. she didn’t need to start that, not in front of him.
