2 years ago, a lost soul walked into Empower Yoga Studio looking for anything that would save her. Newly single, self-employed, and helpless...she needed answers. In the "why" she found purpose, in the "how" she found courage, and in the journey, she found herself. In life, she found #yoga. If you told me 5 years ago I would participate in a 200-hour RYT, I would have laughed in your face. On graduation day I reflect on The past 6 months and how they have been some of the most inspiring, mind clearing, and fulfilling of my life. Surrounded by empowering women I'll never forget, and student to a woman who I by far, idolize more than any as a fellow yogi, entrepreneur, instructor, and business owner. I cannot wait to see where else yoga will lead me...
