Lisa isn’t afraid of his face or afraid to look at him without a bandage over it. She’s seen quiet a few farm/ranch/rodeo injuries before the world fell around them; she’d probably tell him a few stories
Lisa wants to cut his hair and she’d ask him. She can’t stand hair covering someone’s eyes. She doesn’t care about it being long, but that hair in his face has gotta go in her opinion.
Lisa knows Negan wouldn’t hurt Carl. She’d explain to him how coaches/teachers are with older kids ( sarcastic, slightly teasing ) and that they both love kids. Lisa would probably take Judith from Negan and hold her, showing Carl the lighthearted mothering side of her.
When he’s around her, Lisa always pulls a jacket or a robe over her to hide cleavage and curves that her lingerie/dress shows off because he’s still a kid in her mind.
