I couldn’t agree more with this sentiment! I am truly blessed, not only to work for a great agency but to have a boss who has spent the past month fretting about this crisis and the impact on our staff and the families we serve. 100% of our staff are able to work at 100% of pay for the time being. My daughter and her boyfriend are also lucky to work for organizations who put the needs of their staff at the top of their priorities. Unfortunately, I am also one of those who’s husband is not so fortunate as he was laid off without anything, like many others, and we are left to try to get through to unemployment. Not fun. I’m proud of @summitcountychildrenservices and our leader, Julie Barnes for doing the right thing always!!!
