Zquiet Reviews? If that is what you are looking for, then you are in the perfect place. I just recently purchased the Zquiet anti snoring mouthpiece after seeing it on late night TV. I didn’t even bother to do any research or even look up any Zquiet reviews. I was very much skeptical, but I was desperate. They offered a 30 day trial for $10, so I said what the hell and ordered it. At that point in my life, I would have done anything to stop snoring. I was even looking at $4,000 throat surgeries. After all what can I do? My snoring problem was ruining my nights, and slowly destroying my marriage. If you are married or in a relationship, I am sure you can relate to what I was going through. Anyways, since I have been using it for 5 months now, I thought I would share my experience and write my own little Zquiet review.

First impressions out of the box was good. The mouthpiece looked cool. Blue is not really my favorite color, but it is what it is. It came in a really good looking travel case. After taking it out and feeling it, I discovered its got a nice feel to it. The mouthpiece is made of a very flexible material. It has a nice texture. It is very soft, and inviting for a touch. I have no complaints about the physical aspects.
How does Zquiet work to stop snoring?
Here is why we snore. When we are sleeping, our whole body relaxes; particularly our jaws . When a jaw line relaxes, it collapses and leans on the back of our throat. When our jaw is pushing on our throat, it blocks our regular air passage. This problem causes the tissues in the back of our throat to vibrate during our breathing. That vibration is what causes the sound of snoring.
The Zquiet mouthpiece works by slightly pushing our jaw line forward and holding it there firmly. Doing this prevents our jaw from falling on our throat and blocking our airways. In fact, by pushing our jaw line forward – it creates a wider airway. A wider airway means a smooth and silent air passage in your sleep. I found the whole process to be really simple. No rocket science here folks.
PROS
Here are some things I loved about the Zquiet Mouthpiece.
It is pretty comfortable. – I was actually very concerned that this mouthpiece would be intrusive and comfortable. I even feared that it might cause me some tooth aches. After all, if it was going to keep me awake by being uncomfortable; It would be no better than snoring itself. But that was not the case. It was very comfortable. The material it was made of was actually very soft and flexible and it let me breath freely.
It fits well. – I was never a fan of “one size fits all” products, so you can imagine the surprise on my face when this thing actually fit in mouth. I had a slightly disproportional jaw line all my life (not bad enough to be noticed) but this mouthpiece was flexible enough to contour my jaw line without causing me discomfort or pain.
It works instantly. Unlike all the breathing strips and snoring sprays I have tried, this mouthpiece works as soon as I put it on. If I put it in my mouth at 10:00, then I stopped snoring at 10:00.
It works throughout the night. I have tried countless home remedies like, inhaling steam, using decongestants, or rubbing menthol on my chest. They usually worked 1 out of 5 days. Even when they did, they usually wore off in a few hours. And I was back to getting shoved by an irritated wife.
My Doctor approved it. When my mouthpiece arrived, I took it to my Doctor to make sure this is completely safe. (Better safe than sorry) Anyways, this mouthpiece is fully safe inside of your mouth. It is BPA(Bisphenol A) and Latex free. If you are allergic to either one of those, you can rest your head.
Durable material. – I have had this mouthpiece for about 5 months now, and I have not seen any deterioration. The product is fully intact and keeps functioning. As long as you wash it and take decent care of it, It should last you a really long while.
CONS
Here are some things I did not like about the Zquiet Mouthpiece.
Tender tongue. When I first started using it, it kept giving me a tender tongue when I woke up in the morning. It really bothered me at first, but I found out it goes away with use. It is almost like breaking in a new shoe. The issue should go away with a week of use.
It made me over – salivate. For the first 2 weeks, it caused me to produce more saliva than regular. It was not enough to drench my pillow, but it was noticeable enough to make me turn my pillow to the other side. I had to deal with this for 2 weeks before my body adapted and the problem went away.
Overall – Although the tender tongue and drooling were annoying, they went away before they became an actual problem. If I have to deal with a tender tongue and a little bit of drool to get a peaceful night, then so be it. I would do it all over. The main point is that it got the job done and that is all that matters.
My personal experience with Zquiet
If you are going through what I was going through a few months back, then I am sure you can relate to what I am talking about. Snoring was ruining my sex life, and destroying my relationship night by night. I couldn’t help what I was doing, and my wife had to suffer for it. I knew she loved me, but she was always cranky and quick to anger during the day. She had no energy for sex. She was always tired and had baggy eyes. It was almost as if she was aging right before my eyes. It made us fight all the time. It got so bad that she would leave me and sleep in the guest room. It created a lot of distance and resentment between us, and I couldn’t help but feel it was all my fault. I was not about to stand by and let a simple problem like snoring ruin my marriage.
I literally tried everything on the face of the earth. You name it, I have used it. Breathing strips, snoring sprays, anti snoring pillows, tongue guards, decongestants, exercising, sleeping on my side, and other ridiculous methods. None of them worked for me permanently except this tiny Zquiet mouthpiece. I use it every single night, and I have not snored since. My wife is back in our bedroom, and we both sleep like babies. Our sex life actually exists once more. We don’t fight about my snoring anymore. She is in a much better mood during the days, and so am I. I can actually see her glowing with life instead of a “kill me now” expression on her face. All in all, this little thing went a long way to help me out.
Who should NOT buy Zquiet
Although Zquiet is great, it is not for everyone. If you suffer from Extreme Obstructive Sleep Apnea, you should not rely on this product alone. You should definitely make an appointment with your Doctor to discuss what treatment is best for your situation.
If you wear brackets or other big oral appliances, you should avoid buying this product. It might cause discomfort or interfere with the appliance’s original purpose.
Who Should BUY Zquiet
You should buy Zquiet if :
You have mild or severe snoring
You can’t get a good night’s sleep
You Lack energy during the day
Your snoring is ruining your relationship
You have a mild sleep apnea
You could relate to me in anyway
If you are on the fence about trying this mouthpiece, I say Go For It! It costs $10 to try for 30 days. (the 30 days start when you get the product) $10 is definitely worth the shot. I am sure you would pay hundreds or even thousands to stop your snoring forever.
