True story (#ad): I'd just traveled 24 hours from Buenos Aires to LAX via Lima. The lounge was closed so, needing a little pick-me-up, I went to the little to-go cafe in the commuter terminal where I was delighted to see (and buy) a travel pack of BROOKSIDE Acai & Blueberry flavors. And, I was even more surprised that on my flight from LAX - San Diego, the snack basket the flight attendant passed around had BROOKSIDE in it. I travel with chocolate and have a large stash at home. So, I am thrilled to partner with Brookside Dark Chocolate to sample their various flavors and share why you should #TryBrookside. Pictured here is the very first bag I ever opened (Açaí & Blueberry) while prepping the other to have a few happy hour guests (who devoured the entire bag before the first bottle of wine was gone). . This chocolate is soft and smooth with a fruit center that compliments the chocolate perfectly. It's sweeter than most dark chocolate I can kick my sugar cravings to the curb with just a small handful (though feel free to have more, I don't judge). And, yes, it pairs really, really well with wine. You'd be in serious business with a few of these and a glass of port after a meal though.
