As you know I've decided to challenge myself this year and really get uncomfortable. I've signed up to a Olympic Distance Triathlon (18 days) and in September I'm attempting a Half Ironman which is a 1900m swim, 90km Ride and 21km run. The challenge for me is the swim, I'm a typical CrossFit Swimmer. Swim like a rock. Lots of output with little progress but I'm getting there. This means my training has gone into an even broader range of time and distance. This also means I most likely will lose strength. To reach these goals I'm happy to make the sacrifice that I will lose some strength over time. I'm determined to keep some of it though! Here's a Snatch and today I hit 5kg under my PB. Can't complain😊 I'm happy to move and be capable of these things. Have an awesome day everyone!
