Training glutes at home is painful! *turn the sound on* this was my finisher, weighted and glute banded squat to leg abduction, I could not lift my leg by this point! I did LOADS of activation before I did LOADS of kickbacks, standing, kneeling, lying, and then finished with crab walks and this beauty!
