How to Feel Better After Feeling Emotions
step 1) go numb, turn off all emotions and force them down deep step 2) keep those emotions buried until they start affecting your everyday life and how you interact with people step 3) wallow in self pity and misguided anger step 4) enter a psychosis and create a reality where it doesn’t still hurt and block out all memories of why you felt the way you did step 5) lash out at those around you because now your emotions have no understandable origin step 6) ... shit dude I don’t know, its really hard. Tell the ones you are close to you how they are important to you. Spend time with a friend and just talk with them about how you feel. its not hopeless
