Mental Mindset

I believe in having a strong mental mindset.  This to me is THE battle.  I need to stay the path and know what my goal is at all times.  Being healthy.  I will not allow fear, skepticism, the unknown, etc. get the best of me.  So when people ask me how I am doing, I will always smile and say 'great' because that is how I am doing.
