hello, kinda dumb question but is a character with a lot like, REALLY A LOT of eyes considered body horror?

It depends on the position of the eyes and if they are clustered. Features in unusual places, such as an eye present on the chest, requires a Body Horror filter. Whereas 6+ eyes clustered together requires a Sensitive Content filter.
