Worry
It annoys me when people tell me to "stop worrying". How can I just stop worrying? There isn't some magical way I can suddenly tell myself to stop, it's a part of who I am. I'll worry over the smallest thing until I make myself ill or I panic. I wish I could stop it, I wish it was a simple as "stop" but it's not. And I don't know a way to prevent myself from worrying. I'm an empathetic person, if someone's upset then I can't separate my feelings from theirs but at the same time, I feel awful for worrying, like I'm burdening people and only making them feel upset. I've been running this cycle for as long as I can remember and I'm tired. But hey, I'm trying to be positive. At least worrying makes me more sensitive to other people's emotions and maybe someday that means I can help somebody else.
