ようやくCAWでの編集が完了したので、建物を配置しました。

Now that the editing in CAW is finally complete, I can place the buildings.

Noir and Dark Simsの「Tokyo Town」のCCを使用させて頂きました。

I used the CC of "Tokyo Town" by Noir and Dark Sims.

古い建物が多く残る田舎町です。

It is a rural town with many old buildings remaining.

郵便ポストもありましたが、1960年代後半の日本なので今回は使用しませんでした。

There was also a post box, but since this was Japan in the late 1960s, we didn't use it this time.

追加した土地です。日本によくある河川敷のグラウンドです。

This is the newly added land. It is a riverbed ground, which is common in Japan.

「日暮谷町」は観光を主な産業としています。

Tourism is the main industry in Higuredani Town.

今回、整地したので新しく建てました。海水浴場です。

This time, the land was leveled and the topography changed, so a new bathing beach was built.

建物が古いので、未舗装の道路に変更して1940年代でもいいかもしれません。

The building is old, so maybe we could change it to an unpaved road and make it 1940s.

空の町をシェアしたいのでFrankensonnetさんに連絡したのですが、返事がないです。(Tumblrを止めたのかもしれません。)

I contacted Frankensonnet to share the empty town, but I haven't heard back. (Maybe she quit Tumblr.)

高度成長期だった頃の日本の町です。 This is a town in Japan during the period of high economic growth.

住民を配置しました。住居・仕事場・遊び場と分けてあります。一つの家族を除いて、後は既存のEAの町から移住させています。 I placed residents. They are divided into areas for living, working, and playing. Except for one family, the rest were relocated from an existing EA town.

さて、ゲームを始めましょう。 Now, let's start the game.

数年前に「日本風Old Town」で初めて建てた家を選びました。 I chose the first house I built in "Japanese Old Town" a few years ago.

CAWでの最終編集で区画サイズを変更したので図書館と自治会館を建てました。 In the final edit in CAW, I changed the plot size so I built a library and Neighborhood Association Building.

自治会館では、子供会、婦人会、自治会等が開催されます。昔は結婚式も行われました。(これは外国の方に向けての説明です。) The Neighborhood Association Building is used for meetings of children's club, women's club, community association, etc.In the past, weddings were also held here.

ギターを弾いてるのは@yorithesimsさんのサイトから拉致してきた難波あけみさんｗ The person playing the guitar is Akemi Namba, who I snatched from @yorithesims' website lol

銭湯(ジム)／public bathhouse(Gym)

1968年の浴室普及率は65％ぐらいだったので、古い家はお風呂がない場合もありました。なので、町の至る所に銭湯がありました。今ではほとんど廃れた文化です。 In 1968, the percentage of homes that had a bathroom was around 65%, so some older houses did not even have a bathtub.So there were public baths all over town.It's a culture that has almost disappeared now.

大正時代(1912-1926)のモダニズム建築を参考にした地元パブを作りました。 I built a dive bar based on modernist architecture from the Taisho era (1912-1926).

1920 年にタイムスリップして内部を覗いてみましょう。 Let's travel back in time to 1920 and take a peek inside.

どうやら若いカップルがデート中のようです。 Apparently a young couple is on a date.

まだ自由に恋愛することができなかった時代には、男女が一緒にいるのを見るのは珍しい光景でした。 Seeing a man and a woman together was a rare sight back in the days when it was still not possible to love freely.

それは、昔々の小さな恋のお話。 It's a story about a small love once upon a time.

I've been sick in bed with a cold.

My abdominal muscles pain from coughing too much.

★ゴーゴー喫茶の編集(Go-go kissa Edit)★(Disco)

It's difficult to explain "Go-go kissa" in English… Excerpt from Wikipedia. "Go-go kissa is a type of coffee shop that was popular from the 1960s to the early 1970s. This is one of the so-called music cafes where you can listen to go-go with live music by electric bands and loud LP records, and dance go-go in the center of the floor. "

The "Go-go kissa" posted on April 5th has been slightly self renovated.

I'm really bad at choosing exterior walls. I wouldn't say it's very nice.

I created a signboard in the style of the late 1960s.

I made the tables, chairs, and floor look old-fashioned. Full of retro feel.

The Sims seem to be having a lot of fun chatting, dancing, and drinking, so I'm glad I built it.

This is the second mod I want to try, and even though it's my favorite mod, I didn't notice it updated for a long time and was using an old version.

@flotheoryさんのJust Sit

I had the first version installed, but the updated version is much more convenient.(I wanted my Sims to sit down of their own free will.)

We both have the day off from work today, so we decided to go to a hot spring. (The sitting scenes are all free will.)

Well, we have arrived. The large bath has a little trick so it looks like a real bath.

There was a group of nursing students from the town in the women's bath, so we had fun chatting.(Just sitting on a chair…) Yes, that's right. This is what I wanted to do. I wanted to see multiple Sims soaking in a hot spring.

While I was soaking in the footbath, Shauna O'Connell came over and we had a nice chat.

Up until now, even if you placed a chair, no one would sit on it, so it looked like a decoration, but thanks to this MOD, Sims are now willing to sit on it.

You can also instruct other Sims to take a seat. This is useful in clinics as you can have patients who are waiting their turn sit down.

★Daiei Film Studio: A Japanese film studio that existed from 1942 to 1971. All except ITF occupations are available. There is also a university, but there are no student halls or buildings for extracurricular classes. The university in this town is a facility for The Professor Career and Nursing Degree.

Now, the housing shortage has finally become serious, so they demolished the fire station in front of the town hall and built apartments.

★日暮谷コーポ(Higuradani Kopo)★30×20

Hmm… As usual, this is an apartment with a store on the first floor (this is the third one).It's easy because it can be simplified in many ways lol.It can be completed in about two hours. The first floor is a restaurant and stationery store.

This time I edited a laptop based on a 1968 girls' manga. (There are also versions from AOT and old boys' manga.)

I don't use curtains because the height doesn't match the Japanese windows.

Couple Agnes and Eric and their children live here. (I took this opportunity to make Erik the infant's father.)

I came back to Higuredani because there were two mods I wanted to try.Today is the first one.

This is "Private Clinic - Psychiatry" by @olomayaさん.

I chose a retro apartment that I had previously built as my home.

1969年式の日産フェアレディZ。

The public part of the apartment was converted into an old clinic. At this time, it was still an in-hospital pharmacy, so a pharmacy counter was also set up.

Of course, I also made old posters and signs myself. (The magazines on the bookshelf have also been edited to look like magazines from the late 1960s.)

It was a little too old. It might be the 30's rather than the 60's. Ah, but I think it's a really nice atmosphere.

The dispensing room is also very retro and I like it.

It's fun to see all kinds of Sims, from children to adults, come to see the doctor. Another appeal is that you can open the clinic whenever you have free time.

This is interesting. It might be a good idea to open a private clinic when return to Town Sleepy Hollow.

This town is themed around Japan in the late 1960s.

A Japanese town where I took a break from editing because the shopping district I built was extremely heavy and crashed frequently. However, making a simple CC was really fun. I just placed Lots in an empty world, but I built more than half of them.So I have a lot of attachment to it.(I downloaded some)

★a company dormitory for bachelors★(20×30)

For now, I decided to make the Parrott sisters and Gobias Koffi a "dormitory" in order to make them part of the same household. The nameplate next to the door says "Higuredani Chemical Co., Ltd., Higuredani Dormitory''. I made it myself, including the enamel sign on the wall.(The wall signboard is a very famous signboard in Japan.) By the way, "Higuredani" is the Japanese pronunciation of Sunset Valley. Headcanon: “An old wooden building”
