Howdy, stranger! Long time no see!

As you can see, I’m currently in Lunar Lakes working on customizing the world to my liking – I was debating whether or not I should try to build and populate an empty world from the ground up, but I do love LL’s aesthetic so much and haven’t played in it for quite some time.

One thing I always struggle with is committing to theme; a cohesive one at that. My main issue is that I love both the grunginess of Star Wars as well as the stark contrast of cleanliness in Star Trek, which creates this weird dichotomy between these two (at least in my mind). Of course the core themes of both franchises are vastly different from each other anyway, but that’s besides the point.

So this time I’m trying to create an aesthetic that’s going to be a mix of all my favourite sci-fi things: Star Wars, Star Trek, Mass Effect, The Outer Worlds, a bit of Cyber Punk here and there and maybe even a hint of Final Fantasy VII. Not 100% sure yet... but it’s gonna be a wild ride, so stay tuned for more!

so long, LONG ago I started and dropped a sim story called Escape.  I will not be coming back to it.  But it was set in the far future when humanity had been conquered by evil aliens and only a very few humans were deemed important enough to hold very high ranking positions based on their skills and genetic engineering (now you know why I’m not writing that anymore, even just summarizing it is a mouthful).  Anyway I build one of those human moon bases for my story and so I’m going to go ahead and release it.  Its huge and opulent and holds some of the last artifacts from a destroyed and scattered humanity.  Maybe your sims can start the rebellion and spy network from there that frees the galaxy and bring enslaved humanity home.

Or maybe they’ll just side with the aliens and kick back and enjoy their luxuries.  It’s not easy being one of the 1% after all.

Nova: Syne already told me that she had a contact in Simnation. It doesn’t take a genius to figure it out.

Mass Effect: Andromeda -- ‘Pathfinder’ Armor Kit + Base

Woo! And woah, just in time for 300 followers. Y’all are wild. D/L under the cut.

This outfit (And any other SisRyder/MaleRyder armor kits I release) is sort of unique. Basically, the base itself (A fullbody outfit) is modular and you can mix-and-match with this Pathfinder set and any other sets I release in the future -- Much like in the game! Sets that I’ll be releasing (I tend to call them kits because that sounds cooler) will consist of the chestpiece, arms and legs of a certain armor, they’re designed in game to fit with the base armor anyways so there’s like zero issues that I’ve found with putting different pieces on the base. Currently, I have the Remnant set in the works, alongside the BroRyder base and his first armor kit (Pathfinder as well).

so I’m back after a short break with my CyberCity story (part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4  part 5) and we get a Moon Base out of the deal!  Because you don’t write a cyberpunk sci-fi story and NOT end up on the moon at some point!

Research Moon Base - there are some things that are just too dangerous, or illegal, for planet Earth.  But luckily there’s always the moon.  When Black Ops go straight Black, the Research Moon Base is where you need to be.  Off the maps, off the grid and off the books - no one will disturb you here.  Or hear you scream.

so - taking a break from Saint Greer Islands and my witchy world, I’m back at it again with the futuristic kicks!  The original idea was to create a completely underground set of buildings and connect them with subways so sims could have the experience of living in space or on a hostile planet where they couldn’t go outside.  Problem with that? Sims3 doesn’t let you build the cool ‘see the floor below’ kind of open spaces I wanted if you’re underground.  So - above ground these will all be and you can just remove the outside door when you’ve got enough of them.

First off?  We’ve got a hospital/day spa/military base/science center/space program - thingy.  Welcome to Cell Station 3 of the Interstellar Exploration Program.

CHAH - Welcome, citizen, to the Center for the Health and Advancement of Humanity.  The lower floors are open to the public and security clearance is required for higher levels.  Please do not attempt to rise above your clearance level and enjoy your time at CHAH.  Humanity: Always Advancing Through Benevolent Science.
