apologies if you’ve answered this because i’m on mobile, what settings/cc do you use for your sims? the hair especially looked so pretty in your erin kennedy video!! thank you

I'm so glad you thought it looked good. I have very few CC things in my game which I will link but there's not really any reason it looked so good. All clothes and hairs are expansion and stuff packs. So there is no default replacements for hair or clothes other than the skin.

The CC I have in my game is NRAAS Master Controller, Stand still in CAS, and my default skin.

What age settings and season settings do you like to use?

I use a 120 lifespan: baby - 2 days, toddler - 7 days, child - 10 days, teen - 14 days, young adult - 38 days, adult - 34 days, elder - 15 days. Admittedly, the elder stage is pretty short, but I was traumatized in my very first legacy when, in elderhood, Jeffery Dean spent his nights wandering around Twinbrook because his wife (my generational heir) had another love interest.

My year length is the normal 28 days and the seasons are default, too, except if I play in a beach world like Sunlit Tides or Isla Paradiso. In those, I'll set spring, winter, and fall 3-4 days (just long enough to have a holiday and corresponding festival) and the rest of the year will be summer.
