“I think the baby would love it.”

Copeland is so excited to see Eden again, it’s adorable. Unfortunately, she went home with a friend after school. Kaitlyn dashed out before Copeland could talk to her, but that’s okay. He’s nothing if not a problem-solver!
Copeland: Hey, Edie, it’s Dad... no, no, nothing’s wrong. It’s just that you’re supposed to come home with me today... of course you can do homework with your friend. Just make sure their parents drop you off at my house, okay? Okay, I’ll see you soon, sweetie. I love you.
Poppy: So, Mom, I figured out what I want to do for the rest of my life. I’m going to try really hard to get on the honour roll so that when I apply for the job, they take me seriously.
Jules: What about your job at the spa, honey? Doesn’t that start today?
Poppy: Oh, I just figured I’d blow it off. It’s only a part-time job, this is the rest of my life we’re talking about here.
Jules: Even so, if you’re going to hand in your resignation, you’re going to do it properly. If you want to get into law enforcement, you should show them you have the guts to stick to the commitments you make. Be reliable.
