Hi everyone, I'm finally posting about accepting build requests! I hit 800 followers a little bit ago so I guess this is like a little celebration and a thank you ❤ I'm not sure how many I'll accept but I'll let you all know when I'm not accepting anymore (for now anyways). all you have to do is send an ask or message me with some details of what you want such as:

lot type and size and if you'd like it built in a specific world and lot

how many sims and ages: you can go in full detail about your sims so it suits their personality

if your sims have a budget (i can go ham with clutter so builds can get pricey)

what packs + kits you have (I have em all)

style and maybe some inspiration pictures if you have any

you can answer some of those, all of them or more! be as detailed or as not detailed as you like (of course the more detailed the more chance it’ll be something you want)

P.S

I am quite a slow builder and am behind on assessments so I might take some time to complete them but they will be done!

I'm open to doing community lots but I've never done one before so be warned...

all builds will be for public download on the gallery and as tray files. I would rather not upload them privately but if you really want the build to be private then let me know and we can discuss (hope this is ok!)

you are free to do what you wish with the builds, change them, upload them (as long as you don't claim as your own) go crazy bruv and have fun 🤗

Builders?

Does anyone know of any builders who would be willing to build or even just furnish a (large) house?  I’m looking for a new house for Sammy and Clara later in their lives, and I’m absolutely trash at building and furnishing/cluttering.  I found a shell that might be acceptable, so even just someone furnishing a shell would be great.  Oh, and they should use Maxis Match/Mix CC, nothing super alpha. If you follow someone who does build requests, or you do, or you have a mutual who does, anything, comment or send me an ask, please!!

Hey loves! So unfortunately some people have decided to report me because I share CC in my lots. That’s fine and all but it means I have to stop sharing builds, even if it’s a followers gift to you guys as a thank you for your support. I don’t want to lose my tumblr and you guys over this. I would like to apologize to the one’s who expect a request for me because I can’t share it anymore. HOWEVER I am thinking about building the request anyway and just share the pictures but I’m not sure yet. 

Thanks for understanding and it’s a shame it has to come to this, I believe. I feel like some creators should be happy builders use their CC and they should see it as advertising but I understand they rather want to make money directly from it which means their views are shortlived but that’s fine. So WCIF will still be closed, sorry. I will answer WCIF’s while I’m online on twitch though :)
