📍My vision for this lot is to create a kind of commune, where the main work revolves around agriculture and livestock farming. It features two two-story houses with three bedrooms, each suitable for a couple with up to three children, and one single-story house with one bedroom, but designed for three or four people. Each house has a bathroom, kitchen, living room, terraces, and a garden. Each house also has its own animal enclosures: two covered chicken coops, a cow or llama stall, and a feeding trough, which I envision for dwarf goats or sheep.
📍Each house also has its own fenced area, allowing the buildings to blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
📍Separately, on a hill, stands a small village church, with a wooden chapel and stained-glass windows offering stunning views. You can also create a custom establishment here and hold services, where your sim can serve as the pastor and the residents of the area as parishioners.
📍In the center of the lot is a well, near which there is an archery target, a picnic table, and a bucket for seasonal activities. You can also install a display case to trade and sell eggs, milk, and wool, or trade these products with each other.
📍I'd like to convert this lot into apartments with the "For Rent" add-on, but I'm afraid my lot will be broken 😅, so I don't recommend using this type of lot in Raven. Alternatively, you can move three families here and roleplay each one in turn.
