Lesmana-Nordhaven Opera House (NO CC, Download via SFS)

Lesmana–Nordhaven Opera House is a landmark cultural development by Lesmana Enterprise, created in cooperation with the Nordhaven Royal Ministry of Arts and Culture as part of the city’s new waterfront civic district. Designed as both a prestigious performance venue and a public urban destination, the building combines Lesmana’s signature white architectural language with grand terraces, ceremonial entrances, open plazas, tall glass façades, and sweeping seaside views. Inside, the opera house is imagined as a complete cultural complex, with performance halls, galleries, rehearsal spaces, lounges, dining areas, and elegant public interiors made for concerts, premieres, state events, and everyday visitors.

Beneath the building sits Lesmana–Iverstad MRT Station, directly connecting the opera house to Nordhaven’s transit network. Together, the opera house and station form a modern gateway to the arts: part concert hall, part landmark, part transport hub, and unmistakably a Lesmana Enterprise work.

The building’s exterior draws inspiration from Nordhaven’s marine identity, especially the form of the lobster, with its sculptural massing and layered elements subtly echoing the shape and motion of a lobster’s tail. Flowing through the design is also a broader sea-wave theme, expressed in the building’s sweeping silhouettes, rhythmic curves, and cascading terrace lines that give the structure a sense of movement against the shoreline.

Clad in Lesmana’s signature white architectural language, the opera house presents a bright and ceremonial presence on the coast.

The auditorium continues the opera house’s ocean-inspired language, with warm wood tones, softly glowing walls, and curved balcony lines that echo the movement of waves. Its intimate seating layout keeps the stage visually close from every level, while the layered ceiling, curtains, and wall panels suggest a space designed for rich acoustics and immersive performances.

The lobby serves as the opera house’s main public atrium, designed as a bright ceremonial space where visitors first encounter the building’s sea-inspired identity. At its center stands a sculptural water feature, shaped like an abstract wave or rising sea creature, turning the lobby into both an arrival hall and an indoor landmark. Warm ceiling slats, tall glass walls, hanging greenery, banners, café seating, and soft lighting make the space feel grand and welcoming, blending Lesmana’s polished civic style with Nordhaven’s coastal atmosphere.

The opera house is served by a dedicated loading dock and performer entrance located on the service side of the building. Roll-up access doors, equipment carts, storage racks, and technical service areas support the movement of stage sets, instruments, costumes, and production materials into the venue.

From the dock, performers and crew can proceed directly into the backstage preparation area, with dressing stations, wardrobe storage, and production workspaces connected to the auditorium.

Beneath the Lesmana–Nordhaven Opera House sits Lesmana–Iverstad Station, a joint infrastructure project between the Nordhaven Bureau of Transport and Lesmana Heavy Engineering.

Built to serve both the Iverstad Green Line and the Blue Loop Line, the station provides direct transit access to the opera house, waterfront district, and surrounding civic plaza.

Its concourse uses the same clean white architectural language as the building above, with integrated ticket gates, platform signage, route maps, advertising panels, and accessible passenger circulation.

From the street entrance to the underground platforms, Lesmana–Iverstad functions as both a commuter station and the opera house’s main public transport gateway.

Starting Sims in CAS (MOD)

I took part in a project where we collaborated with other talented creators in the Sims community to create starting sims for CAS. With this mod you'll get unique and diverse characters ready for your creative projects.

Features of the mod: - 40 unique characters (20 masc and 20 fem frames); - Huge variety of types for inspiration; - Neutral underwear in all outfits - no more wasting time removing unwanted clothing layers; - Neutral manicure and pedicure for fem characters in all outfits; - Subtile makeup enhancing facial features; - No accessories; You can take a look at every sim in this mod under the cut.

How to use this mod: - Place the file in the Mods folder. Since this is a default replacement, there can only be one mod of this type in the folder. If you already have a mod that alters the default characters, make sure to remove the old one before installing the new one; - When you first load into Create-A-Sim (CAS), a pre-made Sim from our collection will appear. If you’d like to see alternate versions, simply click the ‘X’ button at the bottom-right and choose ‘Reset Current Family’ to refresh; - Create! (Please note: These characters were created using all available packs and DLCs. While the mod should still work if you don’t own certain packs, some features or items may be missing.)
