Queen Aisling and Princess Niamh Go To The Ballet!
The people of Culloden were treated to a rare sighting of the young Princess Niamh tonight, as she attended the Opening Performance of Sleeping Beauty with her mother by her side. Word on the street is ballet is Princess Niamh’s current obsession, she attends lessons herself, and palace staff say she jumped at the opportunity to attend tonight.
Her Majesty Queen Aisling wore a pale pink gown for the event, with beautiful opera length gloves, and the Culloden Seashell Tiara, a simple yet stunning headpiece. HRH Princess Niamh wore a very elegant knee-length navy blue gown with gold embellishments, with gold jewellery to match. The mother and daughter look absolutely stunning together!
The Ballet itself, Sleeping Beauty, is a new interpretation of the well known performance and story. Well known dancer duo completely stunned during the ballet, Tatiana Fedorovna as the Evil Fairy character, and Gaia Belveiw as her counterpart, the Good Fairy who helps lift the curse on Sleeping Beauty.

After the Performance, Both Queen Aisling and Princess Niamh were lucky enough to meet the Principal dancers of the show. Princess Niamh’s face was full of smiles and joy as she met the dancers, though kept very close to her mother, clearly not over her shyness quite yet!
We can’t wait to see what events our Royals attend next!
soon-to-be married
they grow up to so fast :')
