Great mod creators /Creadores de mods geniales

Here's my list of favorite mod creators, in no particular order, and in brackets some mods they’re known for. Just click on each link to find their pages, most have many mods. They always keep their mods updated to latest game version within a week or two tops from the release of the new version, some do it on the same day or the next like LittleMsSam and Turbodriver.

Esta es mi lista de creadores favorites de mods, en ningún orden en particular, y entre paréntesis algunos de sus mods más conocidos. Podés hacer click en cada enlace para encontrar sus páginas, la mayoría tiene muchos mods creados. Estas personas tienen sus mods siempre actualizados a la última versión del juego, y cuando hay actualizaciones corrigen sus mods a lo sumo a las dos semanas, a veces en el día o al siguiente como LittleMsSam o Turbodriver. Las páginas están en inglés pero en varios casos de la lista sus mods más populares tienen también traducción al castellano si tu juego está en ese idioma.

In case anyone needs to fix your clothing that shows naked in your game...

Sadly it can only be done by package and by each CAS part. Maybe we can ask Sims4Studio to make a batch fix. I don't know.

Before starting, copy and save the Mods folder somewhere safe. I use an external HD.

You will need to download Sims4Studio. I can show this to work with the PC Wishes version. Not sure about the Mac Apple Blossom version.

Apologies to dreamgirl, I was working on their CC when I created these images.

I double click the file in the folder so the package information comes up. I click the warehouse tab, the CAS part tab so it will bring up this screen.

In the search box, type buff. The group, instance and type should be zeros so the clothing don't show with a nude buff. Anything else will show a nude buff. Delete those numbers and type zero, it will automatically fill in the rest of the zeros.

The above steps must be done for every CAS part on the left of the image. To reduce some typing I did copy the file by exporting it and if you want to use the exported file, here is the link. (Do not use the file) Just click import and it will change the numbers to zeros. Hit save when done. Important: It must be done for every CAS Part.

The creators using nude meshes to clone for their creations could avoid all of this by removing the buff before importing their meshes. Only one time. Dang.

EA new fingernails map

Things I learned while working with these new texture maps for recoloring... male and female adults need their own mapping and child, toddlers texture maps are backwards. 😭😣 I hope that helps anyone about to recolor them.
