CROWN PRINCESS ACQUIRES GLAMOROUS NEW COUNTRY HOME
Her Royal Highness The Crown Princess is said to be looking for a “simpler life” in the country, but she’ll be doing it in style.
Several reports confirm that Crown Princess Anya has purchased a massive country estate in Brindleburgh. The main house features 10 bedrooms, a solarium, a music room,,a wine cellar, and a chef’s kitchen. The property also boasts a fully-equipped gym and a “game room” complete with a two-lane bowling alley.
The opulence of the indoor features are mirrored outside, thanks to its perfectly manicured lawn, a massive outdoor pool, stables, and a gazebo. Photos of the property also reveal a formal walled garden, as well as a detached 6-car garage, with servants’ quarters.
The property, dubbed “Rosslicht House,” originally belonging to the wealthy Rosslicht family, was put on the market around two years ago, but early last year, it was pulled out of the listings. Locals were then surprised to find the property emptied and renovated, and word spread that the impressive house has been purchased by a mystery buyer. Who would’ve thought that that mystery buyer would end up being The Crown Princess herself?
Anya reportedly “fell in love” with the natural landscape of the estate. Perched atop an elevated area, it gives fantastic views of the rolling hills to the south, and a small creek towards the east. For outdoorsy Anya, this is the perfect place to be, giving her ample space to explore, ride her horses, and take a break from the prying eyes of the public.
The property is the first confirmed real estate purchase of Her Royal Highness, although rumours say that she also owns a penthouse in one of the luxury apartment buildings in the swanky Financial District. Anya acquired Rosslicht House privately, which means that it is her personal property, and is not considered to be a part of the public “Crown Properties.”
The asking price for the impressive home back when it was put on the market was set at a cool §12 million, but considering that the royals and the Rosslichts have some sort of connection, we wonder if HRH got a discount?
Robert Rosslicht is one of Prince Alistair’s best friends, and he’s no stranger to Anya, either. It can be recalled that Rosslicht joined Crown Princess Anya, Prince Alistair, and Prince Nicky to a skiing trip abroad some time ago.
Although we’re betting that Anya would love to live here 24/7, we’re not really sure if that’s going to be the case. The Crown Princess’s “official” residence and office remains to be Agneau House, located in the city’s posh Waterfront Harbour District.
