ts4 reshade mod help

sooo hi, i’m unfortunately having some trouble downloading the reshade mod. everything goes perfectly until i pick “direct3d 9″ and it says this:

it’s really frustrating :/ could anyone help? i’m not super tech savy, especially not with my new windows 10, sooo yea lmk if you can help <3
