Recently, TS4 Rebels Patreon was removed from reddit because of DMCA. Although their content was removed from reddit. you can still access their content. (Link Below)
In order to visit their main hub, click here. You may see the patreon content under the google sheets section marked with 2 sub-categories; CC in General and Mods and Animations.
In the CC in general tab, you may find creators like Felixandre, EllieSimple, 4w25, Babyetears, Darte77, Anto, MSSims, Cowbuild and etc. There are many more creators within the MISC sub-categories as well. THIS SITE CONTAINS BOTH MAXIS MATCH AND ALPHA CC
In Mods and Animations, you may find MCCC, Wicked Whims and Patreon Animations for said mod, A collection of Arnie’s Mods (found under Misc), Basemental, TwistedMexi, and etc.
Because their reddit has been banned, you can get notifs of the new content they post on their twitter which is linked in their main hub.

TS4 Rebels Site Update (Free patreon/paywall content)
It’s come to my attention that some people believe that TS4 Rebels has been shut down. This is not the truth. A few weeks ago the patreon/paywall leachers reported the TS4 Rebels subreddit, resulting in a DMCA ban. Due to this, the creators resulted in utilizing an inefficient update method via twitter. Because twitter became so annoying to update through, the creators decided to retire the google forms method of posting content. Instead, they archived the sheets, and decided to post the new content via their new website. You may still utilize the original link on my post here. Now, you may access both files through their new website coined ts4rebels.cc
As for my opinion on the matter: I feel this is a more secure way for the owners to post content, making it more beneficial to us as a community.
And on a final note, I have no affiliation with TS4 Rebels, or any custom content site; I simply find it useful especially when creators don’t abide by EA’s terms of service in the first place.
