Tsalim | Tsalim is very calm no matter what the circumstance. It takes a lot to make him freak out about something.
Novei | Novei is skeptical and calculating, she knows the right way to look at a person or situation to figure out how to deal with it.

Tsalim | Tsalim doesn’t like dealing with other people’s problems. He doesn’t like it when people feel the need to vent to others or share their feelings if no one asks them to.
Novei | Novei just doesn’t like it when people ask for help. She grew up constantly having to do her own work and get herself out of bad situations. So, she sees people who are constantly asking others to help them as whiny and lazy.

...although these two are so chill and their relationship is so weird that these are going to be super hard but here we go.
How differently do they think of each other now compared to when they first met?
I don't think their opinions really changed much other than the initial stereotypes that they may have believed about the other due to their race.
What do their friends/family think of their relationship?
Tsalim doesn't have any family in Skyrim and he doesn't keep in touch with any of the family in Elsweyr. I think some of his friends (like Wynne and Salamae) don't understand it but don't oppose it and Novei doesn't really see anything strange about it because it's very similar to her relationship with Romelyn.
Niranye doesn't really have any friends due to spending the majority of her time in Windhelm surrounded by people who can't stand Altmer so there's really no problem with opinion on that side. She does, however, have a young daughter from a previous marriage (in my headcanon) who was more than happy to accept Tsalim into the family.
How do their personalities/skills complement or contrast with each other?
Their personalities are very similar, they're very independent, condescending, and introverted. Their personalities would probably clash a lot more, but they're very good at reading one another and knowing when it's okay to be affectionate (lol wut) and when they just need alone time.
What is their favorite aspect of each other?

Do either of them have pet peeves about each other?
Niranye is a bit more outgoing and affectionate than Tsalim is so Tsalim barely ever wants to cuddle and that gets on her nerves sometimes.
And she tends to repeat herself a lot when she doesn't think her point's getting across and that irritates Tsalim.
How would each reconcile with each other after a fight?
They usually will meet each other in a room and stare at each other for a while trying to figure out if the other one is still mad and if one of them decides it's safe they'll nod and the other will nod back and then maybe they'll cuddle for a little or they'll just go on with life as usual.
What would be their ideal vacation getaway together?
They both like fishing, they'd probably go as far away from civilization as possible and fish.
Think of a new way (AU, different situation, etc.) they could have met for the first time.
