I know we all think the next book will have Jeremy in a car accident bc of all the foreshadowing but I would love to point out that the three main characters of TFC had their (bio) mothers die in a car, and all three of them had a hand in the deaths (Andrew intentionally killed Tilda, Mary died on her quest to protect Neil, and Kayleigh was murdered because Tetsuji wanted Kevin)

non exhaustive list of things i think will happen in tsc3:

jeremy disowned and kicked out (potentially bc he fails or ends up refusing to take LSAT like LSAT clashes with important game or something)

we actually meet jean parents

jean parents tell jean where elodie was sent/possibly where her body is (this will be very sad) (as much as i wish for elodie to be alive i rly don't think she is)

jeremy marseille tutor is connected to moriyama's/jean's parents and jeremy gets hurt by mafia OR tutor is just really hot and jeremy fucks him and jean finds out and is upset

the truth about the abuse jean (potantially also kevin and neil) suffered from riko comes out and it's a fucking mess and there's a huge reckoning and a lot of property damage from ravens fans

jean gets in the ocean :) (i'm thinking just standing in the shallows - maybe up to mid calf) with all his friends surrounding him and supporting him

jerejean kiss (of course) BUT. it's initiated by jean holding jeremy's chin and pulling him towards himself

jabberwocky sleeps in jean's bed

moriyamas get exposed (this i honestly think is least likely)

neil verbally annihilates someone in true neil fashion

and finally; there will be andriel scraps we all go crazy over (through jean pov tho nora PLESAE)

I keep seeing that people really want a Neil shovel talk to Jeremy (parallel to the one that Jean gave Andrew in tgr).

I see that. I hear you. I understand you.

But let me open your eyes to Kevin shovel talking Jeremy.

Kevin, who is Jeremy's the Trojans biggest fan boy, so much so that the entire world knows it. Even when he played with the Ravens (the best team) he was still hyping up the Trojans in the media. He befriended not only Jeremy but also coach Rhemann.

If Kevin were to threaten Jeremy if he were to ever hurt Jean. That shit would hit different. Not only for us as the reader, but also Jeremy.

Jeremy knows that Kevin fucking loves him. Jeremy knows that there's weird history between Kevin and Jean. Jeremy suspects that Kevin and Jean had something in the Nest. Jeremy would know that Kevin's threat was real.

i think in the next tsc book i need jean learning self wexpression SPECIFICALLY from cody cuz hear me out

cody dyed their hair, and has piercings, and before each practice they take the time to take out each piercing individually.

wich just shows that their life obviously dosent revolve aroung exy like jean thinks he needs to. now im not saying jean with piercings(althigh. would not mind that) im just thinking of the connection they could form over self expression, if im ever even making sence.

The best thing about getting more books about Jean is that now there isn’t only one draft where he survives. Every discarded draft is another universe where Jean Moreau survives and heals.
