Rachel: felt calmer and more like herself after spending time with Marley. While Sugar's comments were still at the back of her mind, the brunette was finding herself focusing on the one person she was thinking about more and more with each passing day. As she parked outside of the Chang home, Rachel thought about his confession via text and it made her swoon. She still had feelings for Puck but maybe him being with Quinn was a good thing? Knowing the man she liked could date a woman so horrible to her was making it easier to forget him. Besides, he didn't treat her the way Mike treated her and Rachel was finding the feeling he gave her to be addictive. Fixing up her appearance in the side mirror, Rachel grabbed her handbag and quickly made her way through the cold to the front door. Knocking twice, she bit down on her bottom lip as she awaited an answer.
Mike turned the phone over in his hands as he thought about all of the strange conversations it had been part of that day. He didn't know what had set Sugar off so much about the photo on Rachel's Instagram, but her demand that he delete her number altogether still stung more than he had been willing to admit to her in the moment. And then there was the text to Rachel. While she hadn't said much about why she was coming over in response, he hoped he hadn't completely blown their friendship. Hearing the knock at the door, he dropped his phone down onto the bed before making his way downstairs to answer. Thankfully his parents were still out of town so he didn't have to run to try to beat them to the door to save Rachel the interrogation. "Hey," he greeted, stepping back as the door swung open so she could come inside.
Rachel: smiled at Mike and stepped inside his home. Turning to face him, she hesitated for a moment before stepping forward and leaning upwards to press a kiss to his lips. "Hey." She replied before looking around his house. "Your parents aren't home right? Like they aren't going to kill me for kissing their son?”
Mike smiled into the kiss. It may not have been an answer to anything, but it provided a moment of calm in the swirling thoughts that had been giving him a headache. "They're gone until Friday, I think," he answered as she stepped away. "But they wouldn't kill you for that. They'd just ask you a million questions about who you are and what your college plans are.”
Rachel: laughed softly. "So they wouldn't be afraid of the girl dressed in all black?" She asked before offering him a small smile. "About your text." She whispered, jumping straight to the point. "I like you too." She confessed softly. "I don't know when it happened but I just... I can't stop thinking about you but you deserve honesty and I can't hurt you." She explained. "I'm getting over someone. Puck actually. He's made it clear he doesn't feel the same way and trust me when I say, I don't feel the same way for as I did before this whole thing started. Especially since he's with Quinn and she's just horrible to me. I deserve someone who puts me first and the way you make me feel... I feel so safe with you and cared for and protected." Rachel rambled, pausing after a moment. "I want to try with you. Whatever this is but I don't want you to be scared off by what I just told you."
Mike cringed inwardly when she brought up the text. It had been such an awkward way to tell her that he liked her. Though her voice was soft it seemed louder in the absolute silence of the house; when she had finished speaking, Mike was quiet for a moment, taking in everything she'd said. It seemed like he should have been concerned by the fact that she was still in the process of getting over Puck, but the thought didn't give him as much pause as he would have expected. "We can wait, if you want, until you're over him," he spoke up. "But I'm in if you are.”
Rachel: shook her head. "I'm not over him but I'm getting there and you aren't a distraction." She told him seriously. "I want to try. I like how you make me feel and when I'm around you, I'm a better person. You make me happy and I hope I can maybe make you happy too. If you'll let me?”
Mike nodded, the affirmation that this wasn't just a distraction until Quinn and Puck split up enough to smooth over any lingering questions he had. "You do make me happy," he replied simply. "You didn't think I'd been hanging out with you so much lately just for your benefit, did you?”
Rachel: laughed before shaking her head. "No, I didn't." She replied softly. "You just make me really happy and I don't want to lose that and if you'd really like, I'd love to see where that could go. Where we could go.”
Mike smiled at her response. "I'd really like that." He brushed a strand of hair away from her face before leaning down to kiss her. "Wherever this goes.”
Rachel: smiled against his lips as he kissed her before chasing after them once more. "Good because I'm excited to see where it goes." She confessed lowly.
Mike quirked an eyebrow at the tone of her voice. For a night that had started out with him feeling like everything was crashing and burning around him, at least it had also granted him the start of something new. "Why not start exploring where it goes now?" He asked, catching her lips in a kiss before she could answer.
Rachel: moaned as Mike claimed her lips in a searing kiss, her arms moved to wrap around his neck as she pushed herself against his body. She felt so protected and wanted when she was with him, especially wrapped up in his arms like this.
Mike snaked an arm around her waist, holding her close. Standing in the doorway wasn't the most ideal, though, and after a few moments had passed, he moved back, leading them over to the staircase.
Rachel: followed Mike with ease, still trading kisses as they made their way up the stairs towards his bedroom.
Mike pushed open the door to his room without breaking the kiss, able to navigate through his room well enough by memory without looking. He moved over to the bed, tugging her down to sit next to him.
Rachel: smiled against his lips before moving to straddle his lap once they were on the bed. "Excited to see me?" She whispered lowly, rocking her hips against his gently.
Mike groaned low in his throat as Rachel rocked her hips against his. "Maybe," he chuckled. "But how could I not be right now?”
Rachel: wasn't used to someone thinking of her as attractive or desirable. "Well I'm glad you are liking what you are seeing.”
Mike’s hands rested against her thighs, fingers splayed over the fabric there. They’d been in essentially this same position before, but this felt new, like they were closer to being on the same page.
Rachel: pulled away slightly and pressed her forehead against his. "I know most people usually celebrate becoming kind of a couple... Or maybe actually officially a couple with sex but I... I've never. I'm a virgin." She admitted lowly. "I'm not ready." She felt the need to add. "Yet.”
Mike pulled away further so he could look her in the eyes. The revelation did come as a surprise, but he wasn't about to comment on that. "Hey," he spoke up, "we don't have to do anything. Now or ever, really, if you're not ready.”
Rachel: relaxed at Mike's reassurance. "Awesome." She replied before offering him a smile. "It's stupid and I know most people think I'm a whore but... I've always wanted it to be with someone I cared about.”
Mike's mind flashed back to Sugar's text saying almost those exact things. It was almost funny in hindsight. "It's not stupid. People think a lot of things, most of them end up not being true." He shrugged. "You're your own person, you get to make your own decisions about what you think is right."
Rachel: ran her fingers through the back of his hair before pressing another kiss to his lips. "Thank you for understanding." She whispered before pulling back and offering Mike a smirk. "But just because we can't have sex, doesn't mean we can't do other things. My mouth is talented for more than it's singing.”
Mike nodded, leaning his head back slightly against her hands. "It's not a big deal. Really." The shift in her attitude and the direction of the conversation caught him off guard a little and he blinked a few times in surprise. "I don't know," he teased, drawing her closer again. "That's a pretty big claim to make with no evidence.”
Rachel: bit down on her bottom lip before slowly slipping off of Mike's lap. Resting on her knees in front of him, the brunette placed her hands on his thighs as they paired locked eyes. "Want me to show you?”
Mike groaned as she slipped off his lap. He felt his dick harden as she kneeled in front of him, his eyes darkening as they focused on hers. "God yes," he nodded.
Rachel: smirked at the pleasure that crossed his face and within moments, the brunette had exposed Mike's hardening cock and began pumping him in her hand. Licking her lips, Rachel leaned down; running a line from the shaft to the head before taking him in her mouth.
Mike drew in a sharp breath as she took him into her mouth. She definitely hadn't been bragging for nothing, he thought to himself as her tongue worked over his shaft, pulling a soft moan from his lips.
Rachel: continued to tease Mike with her mouth, loving the sounds she was able to pull from his lips. Wanting to drive him crazy, the brunette deepened her hold on him until the head of his cock was hitting the back of her throat with each bob of her head.
Mike twisted the sheets between his fingers as his hands tightened into fists every time his cock hit the back of her throat. He bit down on the inside of his cheek trying to stifle another moan that threatened to escape, Rachel's actions driving him closer to the edge, a tight heat coiling low in his stomach.
Rachel: moaned around his cock, wanting the vibrations to send Mike over the edge
Mike shuddered as the vibrations engulfed his cock. He could swear his vision went blurry for a second and he managed to get out a quick warning that he was close before the orgasm hit him.
Rachel: increased her pace and suction as she felt Mike beginning to lose control. She trusted him and she wasn't going to pull away like she did with every other guy she had been with. This was different. He was actually her boyfriend and she wanted to do something intimate. Looking up from her spot on the floor, she tried to silently give him the okay to release.
Mike tried to hold back, but when Rachel just bobbed her head faster instead of pulling away, he couldn’t take it anymore. He bit down hard on his lip as he came. “Ok, ok, you’re amazing,” he panted once he could think clearly again, unclenching his fists from the blanket so he could prop himself up on his elbows as he leaned back.
Rachel: swallowed every drop before pulling away and licking her lips. Wiping her mouth, the brunette smiled from her spot on the floor. "I'm very rarely wrong." She teased.
Mike laughed as she continued to teasingly brag. "I'll remember that." Looking down to where she was still situated on the floor, he wondered how he had actually lucked into her agreeing to be in a relationship with him. "You should come back up here," he nodded toward the empty space on the bed as he moved to offer her a hand up.
Rachel: accepted Mike's hand and within a few seconds, she was sitting beside him on the bed. "Hey." She smiled.
Mike smiled easily in return. "Hey." Her hand was still held loosely in his and when he turned his wrist just slightly, their fingers twined together.
Rachel: bit down on her bottom lip. "I've never really had a boyfriend before. So feel free to tell me when I'm failing as a girlfriend." She laughed.
Mike shook his head. "I really don't think that's something to worry about." No matter what she said about wanting to make him happy, hanging out with her again over the past few weeks had been some of the better parts of the month.
Rachel: relaxed at his reassurance. "Thank you... Sometimes I feel like I fuck everything up. I don't want to fuck this up so I guess I'm just being cautious.”
Mike looked over at her, eyebrows furrowed and head slightly cocked at what she'd just said. "What makes you think you fuck everything up?" He asked tentatively.
Rachel: let out a laugh. "Oh god, this is where you realize your girlfriend is crazy and bail." She teased before shaking her head. "Let's just say a lot of my sincere efforts fall on deaf ears and a lot and I become frustrated and threaten to cut people. I have rage."
Mike had already realized Rachel tended toward the dramatic, so it was easy to laugh off her warning. He hummed softly in acknowledgement. "Maybe try not to threaten to cut people so much, but arguments like that are always a two way street, aren't they? Someone can always choose to deescalate," he shrugged. "I'm kind of out of my depth, though. I've got no rage.”
Rachel: reached out for Mike's hand and squeezed it gently. "Well maybe I can have enough rage for the both of us and you can help me limit that rage from enough to four people to just enough for you and I?" She laughed before realizing how stupid that sounded. "You know what I mean. Maybe we can balance each other out?”
Mike shook his head in amusement at her choice of wording. It was a good point, though. Their personalities were so opposite each other in most ways, but to a surprisingly complementary degree. "Deal," he smiled, leaning forward to kiss her.
Rachel: kissed him back before leaning into his side. "Wanna watch a movie?" She asked lowly.
Mike reluctantly moved away from his spot to grab the remote and xbox controller, tossing the former down toward the foot of the bed once the TV was on. He settled back onto the bed, wrapping his arm around Rachel's waist and passing her the controller once the Netflix app came up. "Your pick."
