There are three ships in Chainsaw Man that I will ship until my dying day.
AkiAngel: I'm pretty sure they're canon. I don't mention them often specifically because I feel like it's so obvious (that, and everything I could think to say about them has been said better).
Quanxi and her girlfriends: I may want to join, but these five are magnificent together. Healthiest relationship in the entire series, I swear to god.
Sawatari/Katana Man: The embodiment of the series: Pathetic malewife and stone-cold girlboss. She's his sole brain cell, he's her muscle and chew toy.
