Zenos routinely ate portions for a man about half his size given his old resting habits, and his companions discover to their horror that ever since ala mhigo, he hasn't even been following that routine fully... He learns the hard way that such self-negligence is not tolerated in his dear friends' household (by lovingly feeding him- and praying it doesn't make him sick in the process).
