Hello my lovely members. Writing the title of this post is heartbreaking, but I believe it’s time for Tsunami to come to an end. With the decline of activity, and losing more members than we are gaining, I think it’s for the best we go ahead and close Tsuanmihqs. There’s been a lot of personal issues I’ve also had to deal with, and unfortunately I don’t have the time or the energy to fully put into this group anymore like I should, or would like to. Believe me when I say I’m so very sorry for having to come down to this decision, but I want to thank everyone for giving me one of the best rp experiences I’ve had in years. You all have been so welcoming and so inviting, and I really wish there was a way we could just keep this group going for much, much longer. This definitely isn’t goodbye, because you know I’ll be bugging all of you and keeping in contact. We all know we signed a contract so you’re still stick with all of us even if we have to part ways for the time being. Hello guys I wanted to send out a quick reminder of something. This is blog/account is just for fun and to add more depth to the group. At no point are we meaning to offend anyone with any of the words we use. All the characters/muses in this role play are amazing. They are well thought out and enjoyed by everyone involved in this blog. When we log on and answer the asks on here we are merely playing a character ourselves. It’s not what we really think. As to not be biased or be too harsh on one or a few characters we even comment on our own muses but we are so sorry if it has ever come off that way. hello lovelies. i wanted to go ahead and make a small post just so everyone is informed, but i want apologize that i won’t be on the main for the rest of the day. i will be out of reach, which i know isn’t the most responsible thing to do, but i hope you all can understand that i need a day to step back and reflect on some things. i truly apologize for any asks that get sent in as i won’t be able to answer them today, but i promise tomorrow i’ll be back and ready to tackle the main once again. i hope everyone can forgive me and understand, and know that i love you all so very much. i’ll be back tomorrow, i promise. there’s pizza in the fridge, and try to be on your best behavior, okay? -mama rose.
Word on the street is, the citizens of Palm Beach have been brewing up a multitude of ideas for the mid summer festival! It’s been said that the higher ups believe the city was long overdue for a big celebration and seeing as Fourth of July was not nearly enough for their taste? A wonderful carnival will be held in its place, in hopes to satisfy the people’s needs. There’ll be cotton candy, an assortment of refreshments, obstacle courses, crafts and anything you can think of. But there is a catch, as there always is one. The goal is to get everyone attending the festival to let loose, have a good time and stop thinking. However, in order for this to be successful: Palm Beach needs it’s very own people to volunteer to help out on each booth for a few hours. After all, it wouldn’t been the same without townspeople assisting and making it feel homely. Once their time is up at their booth’s, they can feel free to enjoy themselves with those dear to them... or perhaps clash heads with those they can’t seem to stand.
Welcome to Tsunami’s first event ! You’ll find all of the information you’ll need to know about the upcoming event, and if I’ve missed anything or if you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask !
when: Friday, July 19th at 4pm EST till Friday, July 26th at 11:59 EST. You will be asked to stop all previous threads and create new ones for this event starting at 4pm EST on that Friday. After the event is over, you are to end all threads and create new interactions dealing with the aftermath of the carnival. You are more than welcome to headcanon any interactions you did not get to finish!
where: This will be a dashboard event ! you can tag all your starters with tsunamievent01 so everyone can know which starters to reply to during the event.
what: Each muse will be held accountable for tending to a booth of their own choice, with someone who’d have also volunteered to help at! With their new found working buddy, they’re to cater to whomever stops by and make sure others are having a good time. You must have some kind of thread interaction with one ( or more ) of your booth buddies during the event, whether you’ve plotted something out or not. You can find the booth options here and message the main with which booth you’d like your character to volunteer in. For members who have two muses, you DO NOT have to have both muses sign up, but you must have at least one of them volunteer. If you’d like both of your muses at a booth, you CAN NOT have them working the same booth.
buddy system: This time around, we’re not going to be randomly generating who your muse or muses will be stuck with! Instead, we want to have you, the members: give us input on extra booths that you’d like to see. Or even, just something you’d want to see at the event and we’ll utilize each suggestion! If you by chance, don’t send us a message in regards to where you’d like to have your muse working at though, we’ll have to randomly appoint them to a station.
extra: As of right now, the stations we’ve got down are... kissing booth, dunk tank, photo booth, cotton candy booth, obstacle course, face painting, apple bobbing, sack racing. We’d love to have you all suggest more booth ideas for us to use and we’ll happily add them to the list if we feel it could be a good fit.

If you were able to send a warning letter to your past self, what one event would you warn them about? There’s always a moment in our lives where we wish we could have done something different. Where we wish someone would have warned us and helped us picked a better path to travel down. Whether it would be telling us to avoid someone, or to keep them that much closer. This task will explore that one moment in your characters life they wish they could’ve had a second chance with. You’ll be tasked to pick one event that happened in your character’s life, and have their present day selves write a letter to warn their past selves in hopes it might just save them a whole lot of trouble. Under the cut you’ll find more details about the task, and if you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to message us!
when: Once this has been posted, you are more than welcome to start with your task ! There is NO deadline, and it is NOT mandatory, but is highly encouraged !
where: These tasks will be posted on the dashboard. Please be sure to put your written letters under a read more as to not clog the dash. You’re more than welcome to make any kind of header or title for the top of your post.
what: Your muse will write a letter as if they are able to send it back in time to their past self, warning them about an event they wish they could have avoided. These events could be anything from avoiding an ex, confronting their parents, avoiding a harsh scandal, etc. Your muse can only pick one point in their life to warn about, so choose wisely !

hi lovelies ! mama rose here to give a quick little update. this week has been a hard and emotional one for me, so i’ve decided to extend my hiatus till wednesday, the 21st. which means i’ll be taking a break from my character account, and from the main for a little while. right now my health just isn’t in the best condition, and i only want to give you all the very best of me. taking a small break will be good, and i can’t wait to come back and just jump back into everything. megs will be taking over while i’m gone, and i know she’ll do great ! i love you all very much and the support you’ve all given me has been amazing, so thank you for that. i’ll see you all very soon, and don’t burn the house down while i’m gone !
