3. What is your favorite time of day?“Mornings are best. It’s usually quiet and the sun is really pretty and you can get in a good workout before the traffic is up or you have to get to work.”
5. What is one of the best pieces of advice you have ever received?“‘Just keep practicing.’ A really good friend of mine told me that, and even though at the time, I got hurt, it helped me find the best family in the world.”
7. What is the best compliment you have ever received?“Ah ha ha, I don’t usually listen to compliments. But this one time someone told me I was good enough to be the right hand of a great family. I decided the left hand was just as good, but I’ve never forgotten it.”

31. What is one thing you regret?“Maa, regrets just mean you spend too much time living in the past. Everything that’s happened, even the bad stuff, has made me who I am.”

69. What is one of your favorite ways to relax?“I meditate. And I practice with my sword, and my baseball bat. It calms me down and helps me work through anything that’s bothering me.”
91. Who is someone you have utmost respect for, and what is it about that person that makes you esteem them so highly?“This is going to sound strange, but Hayato. He’s survived hell. And he’s not perfect, but he’s still alive, he still smiles and loves and protects the people who are important to him. He never gives up on anyone but himself.”
93. Your friend tells you that they are suicidal, and asks you not to tell anyone. Is it more of a betrayal to tell someone, or to keep silent?“It’s more of a betrayal to keep silent. I’ve… been there. And I didn’t tell anyone or anything, but… I was glad to have someone there to help me out.”
95. What basic values or principles do you turn to when faced with moral dilemmas?“Loyalty. That’s the most important thing, in a team, in a family, in life. I can, will, and have killed for the people I care about, and their beliefs.”

99. Who is the one person you know who is most similar to you (in terms of personality, beliefs, attitudes, mannerisms, etc)?“Ryohei, easily. We’re both really loud and we like to have a good time. And we always step in front of the people we love. And we irritate those same people sometimes too, but we don’t mean to.”
