Yokai Inktober #15: Tsunohanzo
It’s yeat another Tsukomogami. What could this classy lady be? She’s a shallow bowl for hand and face washing. Some tales say she once belonged to a female poet. The poet was accused of plagiarism, but noticing the tampered text had fresh ink. It was dipped in a washing bowl and the copied verses came off. Leaving just the original text. Other tales are far more light hearted. If you don’t clean you face and hands properly your washing bowl will walk away from you with a snooty, “Harumph!”
