"Don't you dare touch him!" For Stahl, about Tsu?
“Please… jus’ leave me be.” The Worgen looked upsullenly. To say he’d seen better days would be an understatement; his fur hadbeen singed in places, with a deep wound clearly evident along his side. Tothose who knew him, his voice would be seemingly hollow, devoid of its normalplayful tone. Tanaan had inflicted one last, grievous incident on him.
Before him was a plate-clad figure, sword drawnand leveled at the death knight. “You’d like that, wouldn’t you, monster? How many people asked the same of you? Well, no matter. Today, you jointhem!” The sword came up high, the steelgleaming in the moonlight. Folding hisears back, the Worgen merely tucked his head forward, nestling it between hisknees and shutting his eyes tightly.
“Don’t you dare touch him.” One of the Worgen’sears perked as he heard the sound of palm striking armor. Following that, thedistinctive thump of weapon hitting dirt could be heard as something incrediblylarge stood before him. Risking a glance up, Stahl saw a broad, massive wall ofPandaren standing between him and the other figure. He’d watch as the Pandaren took a step forward, his tone softening. “Friend, perhaps you would find your time better spent downin the tavern. Can’t you see he’s been through enough?” There was another step, and it was at that point the nerve left the assailant; with a baleful mutter,he merely spun on his heel before striding away.
As Tsu turned away, the Worgen’s gaze woulddisappear back under his forearms. The concerned frown etched itself on Tsu’sfeatures as he kneeled, resting a short distance away. “Relax, Stahl. I will behere as long as you need me.” The warm, gentle tone returned in full force, themere sound drawing his eyes back up.
“Thank ya, Tsu… Thank ya so much.” For the firsttime in all day, a small smile graced the Worgen’s snout.
