Did you know that Tsuta has an outlet at Tai Seng now? And, they only serve up the Miso Soba flavour at that store! If your like a heavier and more comforting flavour, do give this a go. Tsuta - The hype's over and the queue is so much shorter~ delicious, complex shoyu broth and meaty slices of meat! The broth, more like a consommé, had the perfect temperature and the ramen carried the flavours well. But the ajitama egg, slightly over to me... will I go back? Unfortunately no, I like my ramen broth spicy and thick! Suzuki Ramen you are still a winner to me!
