Today we restocked our white rice box with a Tsuyahime (Yamagata Prefecture) bag. I'm quite entertained by the explanation guide that comes on the back of the package - if you own a Japanese rice cooker, that should be helpful. 

(Cute lLittle rice grain is sleeping while it's soaking inside the water...)
