I'm having surgery in 12 days, and THREE of my coworkers came to work sick last week.
HAVE WE LEARNED NOTHING SINCE 2020?
So, yeah. I'm now fighting off the cold they were kind enough to pass on while attempting to refinish my hardwood floors so that when I only have one arm for 6 weeks they aren't driving me insane with how terrible they are.
I may call out sick on Monday.
Maybe Tuesday too, because fudge you people.

overdue life update, but i was hospitalized again for half of july & august. im home now and happy to be here. life is full and weird and magical and sometimes i get really scared of that.
being scared is why i ended up hospitalized so im just hanging in there, taking it day by day. I really do think (hope!) that this was my last hospitalization. ive been through this too many times, im 30 fcking years old now, i felt like i've had a clearer grasp on my mental health and what i need to do to change this time around. anyway. here's hoping!!!
