i got off-brand trans tape (kinesiology tape) for the first time and i’m so happy
i’ve been looking for a way to flatten my chest and i almost got a binder but backed out because money and fear of rib problems, then i found out that this tape existed and it’s literally my saving grace!
even just the fact that i have a little test strip on to see whether i get an allergic reaction has me so elated!!
by the time this is posted i’ll probably have put it on for the first time but for now, that little piece sitting on my chest is a glimmer of hope

i put it on for the first time. well, technically the second time but the first attempt was a disaster lmao. i was super demoralized after that and considered giving up but i didn’t and i tried it again!
and it feels amazing. i was just staring in the mirror all giggly for a solid 5 minutes. yeah the tape feels funny but i like the feeling and it’s a nice affirming reminder that i am indeed cisn’t.
also while i was researching i found some posts saying generic Ktape stretches after a while and i’m actually super happy about that bc i’m genderfluid!
i gotta say though i didn’t expect to feel this different, especially since i’m not totally flat. it’s strange not having a bra on and i definitely have a case of ‘phantom chest’ lol
but overall i’m super happy and it’s still sinking in that i get to be like this for another 3-5 days (!!!!!!)
