Cats Casa Mañana Headcanon:
Grizabella and Tugger used to be a couple in the past and are Mistoffelees' parents—something the actors actually mentioned in an Instagram story—and I like to add Victoria because I love the "monochromatic siblings" trope. I found it really interesting and also super cute, because "The Magical Mister Mistoffelees" can be interpreted as a father who is extremely proud of his son (Awww, that's so sweet).
I believe that after some time, Tugger opened himself up to new relationships and is now with Munkustrap. Munk loves kids and quickly grew attached to Misto and Vicky, and they quickly bonded with Munkustrap as well. Now, the four of them are a happy family at the Jellicle Ball. Plus, the moment Victoria touches Grizabella gets an extra layer of a mother-daughter relationship. That is, if this scene plays out like the replica production, since non-replica productions can vary.
