Earlier in the ball, for the honky tonk, Tugger deliberately gathered his big boys to answer Bombalurina's challenge: Coricopat, Admetus, Alonzo, and Mungojerrie. Now he gathers them again for the Tugger step... touches Mungojerrie and gestures him forward next to Alonzo (who kicks him), and then off he goes to the left to find...

Bill Bailey! Who can't quite believe it - gestures to himself and mouths 'Me??'

Has to spruce himself up a bit. (He's behind Tantomile, fixing his ears. Admetus, of course, has already gathered himself in the meantime, behind Alonzo and Tugger. Tugger can always rely on Admetus to be there whenever he turns around.)

There we go. Baby's one of the big boys now! He did so good.

Alonzo Rumpus being confused about where this noise is coming from (are his prosthetic claws malfunctioning??) while Munk knows immediately where to turn. The sad deflated sag of the pipes. Bill Bailey's agitated little hissy bounces. Tugger, you know you done messed up if you have Bill Bailey and Admetus unimpressed.
