"I don't want to go into debt" is not a reason to protest

"Education should be accessible" is not an argument either. It is accessible; there is ample funding and bursaries for anyone who gets accepted.

Want my support? Argue for that cheap education is will advance our society. Argue that our tax rates are higher than anywhere else in Canada. Proclaim that you are fighting for a more socialist Canada.

"I don't want to go into debt"- You should be willing to go into debt. Education is WORTH going into debt for. Be thankful that you have the opportunity to go into debt to receive your education.

This shouldn't be about "me/I," this should be about us.

Filmed and participated in the Montreal-Quebec tuition hike protest. Why should our broke student dollars be used to put the conservative dinks who dominate our government on first class flights? Why should smart kids who don't have much money be prevented from getting a university education? To be quite honest, I wish I was more informed on the issue than I am, I was more there as a videographer than anything.
