As a law student, it's very easy to neglect the recommended 8 hours of sleep. After all, we'd rather give up that much needed sleep than get embarrassed and flunk your class. But now I'm in my last semester, I can say with confidence that sleep is equally important. The quality of study when you had enough rest at night makes a big difference compared to when you barely slept and just running on caffeine. When you have at least 7 hours of sleep, your memory retention, attention span, and even the quality of your answers in the exams are so much better. It's more productive when you study well-rested and to be honest, I think studying when you've barely slept is a waste of time because it's very hard to focus and you won't even retain what you are reading. Hey guys IT'S MONDAY, yeah it's monday.

Yesterday i was doing an assignment pero may isa na hindi ko nagawa hayst, but since 1pm pa yung schedule namin ng pasok nagawa ko siya kinabukasan. I woke up earlier than i normally do. I finished my assignments exactly at 11am, pagkatapos nun naligo ako, nagbihis, kumain, then time to go to school! As usual pagdating sa school sobrang init, nakakawala ng angas JOKEE. So ayun nagstart na ng class, dapat talaga yung 1-2pm is electing of officers sa classroom but our earth sci teacher continued to discuss so sa time nalang ng next subject teacher kami nagumpisa mag elect ng officers. After that, nag Gen Math, ICT, then Precal. Uwian na!! sinundo ako ng aking PAPArazzi, pagkauwi sa bahay, gawa ng assignments after that BOOM TULOG HAHA
