Loved swimming in crystal clear, warm and freshwater lakes.. nothing can describe the feelings I have when I glide / fly in my liquid heaven 💙 Yesterday I trained @kh_malia in freediving posing, she has a scuba background and it initially took a bit of readjustment. She did have professional freediving training (3 min Swimming breath hold, wow!). It's interesting how certified freediving is so disconnected from real life skills required to be safe and comfortable in certain conditions.
