The Ability

Sometimes we much swap these tools in and out in order to build ourselves as a person. Yet, there does come a time for each of us when we must choose which tools to retire and which tools we will continue to use...

Midnight Knock

Fast asleep, all is quiet and calm. Like an explosion of the senses a knock is heard. Awake rubbing my eye's trying to get my mind to clear. More knocking is heard louder and louder frantic is my growing concern and mounting fear. I don't want to know who's at my door, not why or how either. I simply want the silent night to return, not the noise of cracking, breaking or my front door now in chilling splinters...
