This tuna kimbap cham-chee kimbap is a mix of Korean kimbap and Japanese sushi. It has fresh tuna, colorful vegetables, and crab sticks rolled in seasoned sushi rice and nori.

Ingredients: 3 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. 6 sheets nori seaweed. 1/2 pound fresh tuna, thinly sliced. 2 small carrots, julienned. 1 cucumber, julienned. 1 avocado, sliced. 6 crab sticks. Sesame oil. Sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Lay a bamboo sushi mat on a clean surface, place a sheet of nori shiny side down on the mat. Spread a thin layer of seasoned sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border along the top edge. Place tuna slices, carrots, cucumber, avocado, and crab sticks in the center of the rice. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Roll the kimbap tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.

🍽: 오므라이스 omeuraiseu (Fried Rice Omelet) 🔙🍽: 참치 김밥 chamchi kimbap (Tuna sushi roll) ➕노란집 볶음밥 Noranjip bokkeumbap (Yellow House Fried Rice) -- Unexpected lunch with my sister today.😅 The omelet rice was pretty good. A little too much ketchup on top for my tastes but the complimentary soup helped negate that so it was all good.👍 I liked the dressing for the salad but they put way too much dressing on it. Lol The Yellow House Fried Rice my sister ordered was delicious though. Hehe It's a good thing I pay attention to all of @weylie and @wahfied vlogs or else I'd have been scratching my head on what to order.
