Ingredients: 2 tuna steaks. 2 cups mixed salad greens. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup black olives, pitted. 2 tablespoons pesto sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Lemon wedges for garnish.
Instructions: Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove the tuna steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. In a large bowl, toss together mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and black olives. Slice the tuna steaks thinly. Arrange the salad on plates, top with sliced tuna.
