The reason Ben 10-Genrex- SBT- Secret Saturdays never got a definitive crossover isn’t bc like fucking 3 out of 4 of them got cancelled and fitting them into one universe would be too hard to explain lorewise, it’s actually because the first person who attempts to be the villian in there would be doomed to be vaporized by Alien X, Rex on a bad day, Titan on a good day, and Zak sending a horde of bloodthirsty yetis after them for the love of the game (idk I never got the chance to ever watch Genrex or Secret Saturdays don’t maul me)

“Uhuhuhh Symbionic Titan that show with the twerking scene right guys right???” Yeah also the show with the main characters being refugees from a war torn planet, two of which being kids. Has like 2 or 3 cutaway on screen deaths. One characters backstory being centered around losing his father and being forced into becoming a child soldier at a young age. Another character straight up contemplating the meaning of his existence. The “twerk scene” cheerleader feeling like just because she’s pretty means she has to play a dumb act. The main female protagonist constantly worrying about her people and if her father is even alive. Multiple gruesome scenes including a body horror ass segment with an insect alien shoving itself down a characters throat twice. Torture scenes. An important character has an onscreen death. A ton of great lessons like fucking learning how to work together or that you don’t have to follow the stereotypes. A badass female lead. Not afraid to show the horrors of war and collateral damage. A cute ass romance between a nerd and a popular girl. A whole episode about confronting trauma through nightmares. Octus being an awesome father/ older brother figure. Solomon is cool as fuck. Is ultimately a show about family. But yeah the twerking scene is the only notable part of the show I guess.

Out of all the characters in your au, who do you think will have the most trauma once the infection is finally cured?

100% Buttercup, even after her main arc, she loses so many influential people in her life during the final arc and with everyone in the cast retaining their memories after the infection is cured, she still has horrible night terrors and Utonium has her in therapy twice a week

I can also concur that Finn and Zak are pretty traumatized too, Finn is on his tiptoes throughout the entire story with Jake being infected (with the possibility of dying at any moment), and he still has to be constantly reassured that the infection is gone for good and Jake is still there. Zak practically lost most of his friends, witnessed two of his closest companions deaths, and on top of all that can communicate with the infected thanks to Kur. Their pain still took a heavy hit on his psyche.

Ben and Dexter are also in a similar situation to Finn, they constantly wake up in fight or flight thinking CN-DS being cured was just a dream and that they never got their families back
