Ingredients: 200g fresh tuna fillet. 1 cucumber. 1 red onion. 100g cherry tomatoes. 50g feta cheese. 1/4 cup Kalamata olives. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cut the tuna fillet into thin sashimi slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber into thin slices. Break up the feta cheese. Put the tuna slices on a plate to serve. Put cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives in a bowl. Put lemon juice and olive oil on top. Add pepper and salt. Put the Greek salad next to the tuna sashimi.
