Fish in the swimming pool

On a different subject over the past few days I've been netting dead fish out of the swimming pool. I'm not sure how they got there but there does not seem to be any that are living, I think its a case of watch this space. Fitting the new sink for the vanity unit made from mixing bowel [I made a cock up]

While I was out yesterday taking a break during the rain , I stopped in at the local kitchen suppliers to pick up a stainless steal mixing bowl.I'm going to cut a drain out let and make a small sink out of it. A cheap and easy fix. But I have made a mistake so I'm having to buy a new bowel I noticed just before I started cutting that the bottom of the bowl had a shape to it that meant the water would collect and not drain away this was under the sticker, what a bummer. I'm having a rain day today

Planters for your fish tank

Its always good to have plants in your fish tanks, but often they get eaten.
