“What has moving countries & moving houses over the last few years taught you?” • As cliché as it sounds, this world (this Dunya) isn’t to be taken as a permanent home 🏡 • The sooner we accept this fact, the less disappointment follows. • Things we love, no matter how much care we try to take utmost care, get broken or lost along the way. It’s important to remember, even if you loose everything, if you’re still able to remember&hold on to your Creator in those moments, you have everything 🌷✨ • Friendships that are meant to flourish & grow regardless of geographical distance, will blossom. But it does take a willingness to want to make it work, effort, patience, compassion, empathy & understanding. ✨ • A dear friend of mine, reminded me a few days ago, that loosing things are apart of life, and aren’t a reflection of a deficiency in ourselves either. It was the most comforting thing in the world to hear at the time! • Being a young mum to three under five (Alhamdulilah), often makes me feel like I’m loosing more & more brain cells with each passing day. Rendering me less capable & less able to remember things & achieve things effectively. • Alhamdulilah for friends, near or far, who remind us we’re not failing at being human ✨ • Have you moved recently? What has moving countries, or homes or just transitioning to a new chapter in your life taught you recently? Feel free to share your experience in the comments, I’d love to learn w/you 💕 • #treehousespotted | #littlemusafiratravels | #hijrahdiaries | #turkeydiaries | #morningreflections https://www.instagram.com/p/Cjj7ke5LYjYM_Rxmd-A0E-YnvMEKwVeX3Wdaso0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
